Premier is very proud to have been recipient of a host of major UK and international industry awards this season, reflecting the agency’s work over the last year.

First up was the PR Week Awards, “the Oscars of the PR industry” as someone once called it. Following up on Premier’s win for the Paddington Trail in 2015, this year it was our work with Durex on the #CondomEmoji campaign that meant that Premier took home another Best PR campaign award. The judges commented that the strategy and “tone were spot on” and were impressed by how the campaign took an important issue and gave it “great creative treatment” to engage the target audience.

#CondomEmoji was also a winner for Premier at the UK Social Media Communications Awards, where it was named Best Social Media Campaign. The panel of industry experts commented of the campaign: “Premier really rose to the challenge, it’s a fantastic journey regardless of outcome, which is why it’s such a fantastic social media campaign and our clear winner."

At the Clio Awards, the world’s most prestigious advertising awards, which took place in LA in October 2016, Paramount’s Zoolander 2 campaign won a Silver Award in the partnerships section of the Clio Key art. The campaign featured the creation of an exclusive Blue Steel edition of Ciroc Vodka endorsed by Derek Zoolander himself, and a photoshoot with the legendary photographer Mario Testino, and was created and delivered by Premier’s Partnerships team, who worked with Diageo to bring the creative to life.

Finally, at the Screen International Awards Premier was also winning in multiple categories, with the premiere for Absolutely Fabulous named ‘Best Premiere’ and our work on The Lobster winning the award for “Theatrical Campaign - 99 sites or Under”.
