Premier is proud to be working with The Ink Factory, AMC and the BBC on new drama The Night Manager, handling all unit publicity and the UK publicity campaign.
Premiering on BBC One on Sunday 21 February with 6.1m overnight viewers, the lavish adaptation of John le Carré’s bestselling novel was met with critical acclaim. The Daily Telegraph’s Jaspar Rees described how "every scene crackled with engrossing tension", whilst Radio Times’ Alison Graham highlighted how the series "oozes James Bond glamour and sophistication" and The List’s Henry Northmore hailed it as a "sumptuous, perfectly paced thriller packed with outstanding performances."
The series also proved incredibly popular on social media, with over 52,000 uses of #TheNightManager within 24 hours, and the hashtag becoming a trending topic within the UK during TX.
Premier launched The Night Manager in January with an exclusive screening of the first episode to a packed audience of over 200 press, industry professionals, cast and crew at London's May Fair Hotel. The screening was followed by a Q&A with a selection of the drama’s key cast and crew, including Hugh Laurie and Olivia Colman. Premier’s publicity campaign has so far generated numerous magazine front covers, as well as countless broadcast interviews, in-depth features, comment pieces and TV picks in a wide range of publications.
The espionage thriller continues Sundays at 9pm on BBC One.
