THE TEAM:
This role sits in the Consumer Entertainment division in a team of diverse, curious and creative specialists in live entertainment, sport, music, gaming and lifestyle.
We work with some of the most exciting clients in the world on a range of integrated campaigns across PR, comms, influencer, events, live experience, content creation and creative.
In the past 12 months alone, we’ve worked with the biggest music festivals in the UK, activated Campari at the Cannes Film Festival, launched Sky Sports’ Premier League season, hosted the first ever WSL End of Season Awards, celebrated the 25th anniversary of The Sims for EA, run the UK press office for EA SPORTS FC 25 and taken Paddington Bear across the UK for the launch of Paddington in Peru for Paramount.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
We’re looking for someone with strong client experience in sport and entertainment to take a leading role across some of our flagship clients.
You’ll excel as a communicator, possessing a strong grasp of the media landscape along with a genuine enthusiasm for entertainment and culture. Leading teams, presenting ideas, and achieving impactful outcomes will come naturally to you.
Experience required:
- Proven experience working for household brands, on campaigns, press offices and influencer marketing.
- Experience in campaigns for sports brands or brands activating in sport.
- Strong record of managing client relationships and delivering defining brand campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff.
- A proactive, curious, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience of sourcing, pitching, and delivering new business projects.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a confident, collaborative, and strategic Account Director to lead client relationships and deliver exceptional campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as senior client and media liaison, building trusted relationships.
- Overseeing the delivery of integrated campaigns, ensuring briefs are not just met, but regularly exceeded.
- Leading the development of creative and inspiring campaign proposals across traditional and digital channels.
- Managing and mentoring account teams to encourage growth and development.
- Troubleshooting client and team challenges with clarity and calm.
- Overseeing client budgets and reporting, ensuring commercial efficiency.
- Seeking opportunities to expand client briefs and drive new business.
- Collaborating with other Premier departments to deliver cross-agency projects.
