Post Production Editor - Creative

Job Function

Premier Creative is seeking a detail-conscious Junior to middle Level Editor, we require someone with a creative-driven personality and a positive upbeat attitude

The ideal candidate will be creative, hard-working, ambitious and personable, as well as having demonstrable video editing expertise. As a key member of the team the ideal candidate will have the ability to work on projects requiring innovative and creative content.

They should be able to interpret and expand on a wide range of client briefs, and offer creative input and original ideas.

The successful candidate will be required to manage post-production workflows, effectively preparing projects for colour grading, graphics, translations, and multiple deliveries.

They will be excited about being part of a team, collaborating alongside dynamic, innovative and friendly Producers and co-workers, who will take on exciting and rewarding challenges to create original output. In addition, they will able to work autonomously where required.

Candidates under consideration will be asked to provide links to three samples of work, to include examples of editing for online and for broadcast projects, with a showreel too.

Minimum 2 years experience

Working location: Hybrid

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Editing high-quality original video for all major platforms
  • Creating bespoke edits for different platforms
  • Ensure all video content is delivered on time to tight deadlines
  • Organise and backup all video assets
  • Subtitle and optimise content for international deliveries
  • Create, update and develop graphic assets for video content with in Premier
  • Research imagery, music and stock video to support creative treatments and edits
  • Work flexibly and reactively to editorial workflows and shoots
  • Keep up to date and understand the latest trends and developments in video across platforms and devices


  • Expert knowledge of Premiere Pro
  • knowledge of Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

  • AVID

This is a permanent full-time role (working hours 9.30 – 18.00 weekdays, with occasional out of hours working), with 20 days holiday per annum (plus all public holidays).
