Senior Account Manager - Partnerships
To deliver and manage promotional partners on a variety of entertainment accounts on behalf of major entertainment clients both at a UK and multi market level.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with Account Director and client to develop partner strategy & activate and implement partnership campaigns
- Attend partner meetings and manage all documentation
- Identify key brands to pitch
- Directly pitch to partners
- Develop presentations and proposals
- Attend client status meetings on a weekly basis
- Lead on partnership campaign activation, creative approvals, contracts / deal memos, promotional mechanics
- Support in ensuring consistent workflow and best practise amongst the team
- Work with AD on leading on client management and communications
- Coach junior team members in all areas of responsibility
Other Responsibilities
- Working in the team to deliver against account targets

Experience
- Graduate level or equivalent experience
- Experience of partnership marketing or other solution based sales role - client or agency role
- Good negotiator and influencing skills
- Excellent presentational/creative skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong, motivational management skills
