Tsinandali Festival

Premier’s classical music team is working with the Tsinandali Festival to deliver international PR for its inaugural event. The Tsinandali Festival, co-founded by Artistic Directors Martin Engstroem and Avi Shoshani who also founded the famous Verbier Festival, is an annual international classical music festival set on the beautiful Tsinandali Estate in the heart of Georgia’s wine country which brings together world-class musicians from across the globe for 15 days of spectacular classical music.
The Festival began on 8 September with an astounding performance of Mahler’s Second Symphony from the specially formed Pan-Caucasian Youth Orchestra, soloists Ying Fang and Ketevan Kemoklidze, and under the baton of Musical Director Gianandrea Noseda.
Subsequent concerts this year include performances from András Schiff, Pinchas Zukerman, Lisa Batiashvili, Mischa Maisky, Martin Fröst, Yuja Wang, Lahav Shani, Fazil Say, Verbier Festival Chamber Ochestra, Avi Avital, Denis Kozhukhin, Chris Scanlon, Omer Meir Wellber, George Li.
The Festival runs until 22 September.
