Shankar100: To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Indian musician and composer Ravi Shankar, Premier provided PR for the London Philharmonic Orchestra’s performance of his only opera ‘Sukanya’ at the Royal Festival Hall in January.

This work, written at the end of Shankar’s life, fuses a full-scale the sound-world of a Western symphony orchestra and choir, with Indian musicians and dancers, creating a stunning start to a year of celebrations at London’s Southbank Centre. Extensive coverage was widespread across UK national media, including significant pieces in the Times, the Guardian, the I, Evening Standard, BBC Asian Network, BBC Radio 3, Eastern Eye, Classic FM and The Big Issue.
