A League of Their Own: European Road Trip 2: The popular Sky One spin-off to the BAFTA-winning A League of Their Own aired on Sky One in January. Premier provided the publicity campaign on behalf of Sky, alongside CPL Productions, for the four-part series led by Jamie Redknapp and Freddie Flintoff as they took to the road. As well as looking after the publicity around the show whilst filming, Premier supplied, organised and oversaw the photography, sending photographers across Europe to capture the show’s most entertaining moments.

Each episode sees Jamie and Freddie compete against each other in a variety of challenges across the continent from cliff diving in Ibiza to Ice Hockey in Germany to attending the famous La Tomatina festival in Spain. Jamie and Freddie were joined by a host of famous faces and friends along the way including Alan Carr, Romesh Ranganathan, Maya Jama, Lee Mack, Sam Quek, Tom Davis and Patrice Evra.

Premier organised broadcast press to promote the series including an ALOTO-themed version of The One Show (BBC) with Jamie Redknapp and Romesh Ranganthan followed by interviews with Jamie on Good Morning Britain (ITV) and TalkSport – encouraging viewers to watch the upcoming episodes as well as catch up on Sky on-demand and NOW TV.
