Open City Documentary Festival

Premier provided the PR campaign for the tenth edition of Open City Documentary Festival. In light of the pandemic this was a digital iteration of the festival which ran from 9th – 15th September, expanding the festival’s reach outside of London and allowing UK audiences to gather and celebrate the art of non-fiction together, with a programme that included 48 new non-fiction films, 10 cross-media projects, and 3 audio documentaries.

The festival’s digital edition was the first that was available to not only London culture vultures, but with affordable online screenings accessible throughout the UK, special events live-streaming worldwide, and an industry programme available for free across the globe.
