The End

February 2020 saw the premier of Sky Atlantic’s bold new drama, The End starring Dame Harriet Walter and Frances O’Connor. The End, produced by Oscar® and Emmy®-winning See-Saw Films and created and written by Samantha Strauss (Dance Academy), is a deeply moving and surprisingly funny Sky original drama about family relationships, ethics and emotion, and how it’s never too late to start again. It follows three generations of a family with separate but intersecting obsessions – trying to figure out how to die with dignity, live with none and make every day count.

The team managed the TX publicity campaign, working closely with Sky Atlantic and See-Saw Films. Activity during the campaign included setting up one to one interviews with national print and online titles as well as a screening and Q&A hosted by Emma Cox with creator Samantha Strauss and cast members Dame Harriet Walter and Frances O’Connor. Print, online and broadcast press attended the junket. Following this press day we secured a double page profile interview in Telegraph Review, and Radio Times, a cover feature in Saturday Magazine (Daily Express), a full page interview in London Evening Standard and Express Review and a double page spread in Daily Mail Weekend.

Post TX, 10th February we secured profile pieces across national titles and a 4 star review in Guardian and a 5 star review in The Times.
