Delfont Mackintosh Theatres

Premier’s Creative team designed and developed a new website for Delfont Mackintosh Theatres, who operate eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End. The website provides a central online presence for all of DMT’s theatres, shows and events, and was redeveloped to promote the atmosphere and experience of visiting a Delfont Mackintosh theatre. The redesign also involved a re-structuring of the previous site in order to streamline the delivery of content and information to the site visitor.

The website integrates with Delfont Mackintosh Theatres’ ticketing site in order to provide a seamless online purchasing process for customers, and also Delfont Mackintosh Theatres’ new ZenDesk based Customer Relations Management system which was launched alongside the new site.

In addition to the main site, Premier also looks after a microsite for each of Delfont Mackintosh Theatres’ eight theatres, and those were also updated to match the main site branding.

Premier continues to provide online services to Delfont Mackintosh Theatres, maintaining the website on their behalf, providing e-marketing services and supporting the client in the management of their social media presence.
