From July 13th to 16th, EA’s spectacular shooter Apex Legends took over the Copper Box Arena in London for the ALGS Split 2 playoff event, attracting professional gamers from around the world. Teams competed for the top prize of $300,000 and 500 Playoff Points for the ongoing Global Series standings, with top spot taken by US team DarkZero Esports. Premier representatives attended the event on the Friday, meeting with games media helping to generate positive coverage for the event and deepen relationships with key outlets for this exciting esports title. Premier represents Apex Legends on behalf of EA in the UK, as well as further titles including The Sims 4, Immortals of Aveum, and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.
