Premier’s Creative team have been providing online services for Delfont Mackintosh Theatres, who operate eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End, since 2011.

The main Delfont Mackintosh Theatres website provides a central online presence for all of DMT’s theatres, shows and events, and promotes the atmosphere and experience of visiting a Delfont Mackintosh theatre. Alongside the main website the Creative team also looks after an individual microsite for each of Delfont Mackintosh Theatres’ eight theatres.

Premier’s Creative team, having rebuilt the Delfont Mackintosh Theatres website in 2021, recently refreshed their site in line with their updated branding and provided a complete redesign of all eight of their theatre microsites.

The main website provides a central online presence for all of DMT’s theatres, shows and events, providing a seamless online purchasing process for their patrons. We have also integrated the site with a ZenDesk based Customer Relations Management system and developed bespoke ticket exchange, refund and credit functionality, enabling their Customer Service teams to quickly and efficiently deal with any customer enquiries.

Premier continues to provide online services to Delfont Mackintosh Theatres, maintaining the website on their behalf, providing e-marketing services and supporting the client in the management of their social media presence.
