Verbier Festival

The Verbier Festival, one of the world’s greatest and most prestigious international classical music festivals, opened this week in the Swiss Alps. Celebrating its 30th Anniversary this year, the Festival’s roll call of classical music’s greatest names is even more extraordinary than usual with performances from Gautier and Renaud Capuçon, Lise Davidsen, Renée Fleming, Janine Jansen, Wynton Marsalis, Sheku Kanneh-Mason, Evgeny Kissin, Yo-Yo Ma, Bryn Terfel, Daniil Trifonov, Yuja Wang and many more. Running until 30 July, Premier is handling UK media for the festival.
